Our seal - flap gummer are casted from a high performance polyurethane, are hydrolysis resistant and extremely tear resistant.
The gumming patterns of the peel & seal- and selfadhesive gummers are not milled but also poured, so that, while cleaning the gumming treads, not tear or break out that quickly.
The basic body consists of a PU88D with an inner honeycomb structure, are therefore extremely light and dimensionally stable, so that a precise delivery to the paper web reduces the wear of the gumming-rollers.
